Just simply go online, take a photo and add few details, and it’s done – the responsible team will then get to work to rectify the problem as soon as possible.<\/p>\n
The new online portal is set to be a mobile-friendly so residents can easily inform the council on the spot any issues inside the city.<\/p>\n
\u201cIn most cases, sending us a photo is the easiest and quickest way to notify us of issues that need addressing. That\u2019s why a key feature of the new online portal is the ability to take a photo and upload it to show us what the issue is,\u201d Cr Serey said.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe sooner we know, the sooner we can act. We need residents to report theses issue, you are the eyes and ears of keeping council\u2019s presentation the envy of other councils.\u201d<\/p>\n
Cr Serey said Casey Council was committed to creating better customer service, especially through the use of improved technology and digital channels.<\/p>\n
