Sessions will run for around 90-minutes, with a 10-minute warm-up, followed by 50-minutes of tennis activities and then 30-minutes of socialising and will run across various times and days, depending on what club partcipants select.

Participating Casey clubs include:

  • Berwick Tennis Club
  • Clyde Tennis Club
  • Cranbourne South Tennis Club
  • Cranbourne Tennis Club
  • Devon Meadows Tennis Club
  • Fountain Gate Tennis Club

City of Casey Mayor Cr Susan Serey encouraged Casey residents to take part and use this as an opportunity to make new friends and learn new skills.

“This initiative by Tennis Victoria is a fantastic motivation for our residents to get out and try something new,” she said.

“With so many local clubs taking part, it’s an opportunity not to be missed, and might just open the door to a brand-new hobby.

“The best part about these events is that all you have to do is show up with a little bit of enthusiasm, and our dedicated tennis club’s will look after the rest,” Cr Serey said.

Local clubs are also opening their courts for hire, and cardio sessions, depending on what sort of exercise you’re after.

Casey residents, it’s time to channel your inner Ash Barty and score yourself an ace night out.
